Dr. Grimsley-Dolan (Dr. Grimsley) is a compassionate and dedicated veterinarian who strives to deliver exceptional care to animals. Graduating from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, with her strong educational foundation, Dr. Grimsley has established a reputation for excellence in veterinary medicine. 

Driven by a desire to deliver individualized care, Dr. Grimsley pursued her dream of opening a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital. This vision became a reality with the establishment of All American Veterinary Hospital. Here she leads the hospital in creating a warm, welcoming space where pets receive the highest quality care from a team of dedicated professionals. This allows for pets to be provided personalized treatments that prioritize the well-being and comfort of each beloved pet while also making a positive impact in the lives of their human families.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys weightlifting, fast cars, cooking, and horseback riding. Happily married to an incredibly supportive partner, Dr. Grimsley feels extremely blessed. Together they cherish moments spent with their beautiful daughter who brings immense joy and fulfillment to their lives.
